When launching IBEX, the founders recognized the rapidly changing electric utility industry and energy services marketplace demanded more innovative ideas, flexible and cost effective resources, as well as proven technical and business expertise. As incentive to perform, minimize risk and maximize return on our customer’s investment, IBEX works with its clients under progressive contract arrangements, including performance based, risk/reward sharing, and fixed priced contracts.
