President/CEO - ROBERT (Rob) SWEENEY
Rob is an experienced consultant, entrepreneur and business leader. He has directed a broad range of engineering, regulatory and management organizations and projects supporting domestic and international clients, energy services firms and manufacturers, as well as consulted to Federal agencies and national laboratories. Prior to establishing IBEX, he managed the nuclear and consulting divisions with a firm providing engineering, field and regulatory consulting services to US and international utilities and government entities. Rob started his career with EBASCO Services, Inc. having increasing engineering and project responsibilities including leading its Bethesda operations, after managing several successful utility nuclear power plant licensing campaigns. His experience extends into other energy areas, including Ethanol, Tar Sands, Transmission & Distribution, and Alternative Energy Project Development. Rob is also active in several community and educational support organizations.
Vice President, Operations Support Services - JOSEPH (Joe) GRILLO
Joe has more than 30 years of plant operations and consulting experience with electric utility clients and government agencies. Grillo has had hands on nuclear power plant operations experience having held positions of Assistant Station Director, Technical Support Manager, Oversight Manager and Operations Manager at an INPO 1 facility, and held a Senior Reactor Operator License at two US nuclear power reactors. Joe has also provided evaluation and analysis of damage claims as an expert witness report and has provided expert testimony at trial. He is responsible for developing and overseeing nuclear plant operations support services, affecting reactor operations, nuclear fuel handling and oversight of nuclear power plant projects.
Director, Business Development - JETT ANDERSON
Jett has extensive background in sales, marketing, business development and new product development - within divisions of top-tier U.S. corporations. He also has experience with business/brand building, acquisition integration, business turnaround, and product/business repositioning - and was involved in the start up of an overseas new product sourcing company and a company launching a series of new energy saving products.
Finance and Administration Manager – PATRICIA BUSHMAN
Patricia is responsible for accounting, human resource, payroll, finance and contract administration services for IBEX. Patricia is an experienced leader with more than 25 years in the business operations and finance field. Conveying a background within innovative industries such as information systems and media, as well as finance, Patricia brings experience with integrating personnel and processes with Fortune 500 clients. Patty also brings to IBEX experience in contracts administration, human resources and an inherent involvement and understanding of the nuclear power industry. She is a member of Toastmasters International and is active with various charitable organizations.
Growth Services Manager – MIZUKI KOJIMA
Mizuki supports recruitment and development of new and existing employees for professional growth opportunities, as well as assisting in new business opportunities to help meet our competitive staffing and company mission needs. She brings over eleven years of experience in working with employees, clientele, and recruiting technical personnel. Mizuki has held positions with several technology services companies, medical organizations and the Corporate Executive Board focused on meeting members’ professional and business growth objectives. Mizuki received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University and her Master’s in Social Work from the Catholic University of America.
Operations Consultant – JANET JORDEN
Janet has more than 30 years experience in the business administration and accounting field. Since joining IBEX over nine years ago, Janet’s role has evolved from day to day to that of a consultant. Janet continues to be part of the team through various projects and legal and contractual negotiations.
